Beware of statistics and bread, both can be dangerous. Together, they are deadly!

My 13-year-old son is taking a logic class in school. Part of that class is teaching students how to reason and how to find cause and effects. To illustrate some common errors in thinking and reasoning by kids at that age, the teacher put together an amusing series of statements that explained why fire engines were red.

When I saw this post and read how they determined that bread is dangerous I immediately thought of the fire truck illustration by the logic teacher. I guess in spite of all of the evidence, I will risk my life and continue to eat bread.

Bon apatite.

If you think bread is bad, you *must* look into Dihydrogen Monoxide http://www.dhmo.org/
